Lionel
I was born and raised in Taranaki and started my career as a scaffolder/rigger in 2017 as a scaffold labourer.
I decided I wanted to become a scaffolder as the work offered to me would be physical and would also challenge me. Along with that I was able to get paid, all while I learned the trade!
I have really enjoyed my job for DIALOG Fitzroy because of the physical aspect of scaffolding and the challenges that have also come with the job, also being able to travel around Taranaki and parts of the country with a team of people who now I see much like family.
For anyone looking to join the scaffolding & rigging industry DIALOG Fitzroy is the right move because the people are good, the pay is great and getting paid to learn is even better.
Being a scaffolder isn’t just a career it’s a lifestyle!
