I have been with DIALOG Fitzroy since August 2018 and have been fortunate enough to have witnessed the immense growth of our Engineering & Design division. DIALOG Fitzroy gave me the opportunity to utilise my engineering and project management skills to support and assist in the professional growth of the high calibre engineering & design team.

What I enjoy most at DIALOG Fitzroy is the multitude and wide range of personal and professional growth opportunities that is given to every individual. I, like other individuals at DIALOG Fitzroy, have been given the opportunity and the choice to take on more responsibilities, acquire additional skills and to explore other roles & opportunities within the firm. DIALOG Fitzroy have professionals and tradesmen that come from many different backgrounds and have a wide range of experience & skills. Our engineering & design team works closely with the fabrication & construction team right from the onset of a project and hence have a very good understanding of the implications of our designs on the final installation. This means we continuously are learning and improving the way we work to deliver turnkey projects with minimal project interruptions. In addition to accessing all this great experience and knowledge, we have a very high calibre engineering & design team who provide a great wealth of information and insight on successful designs. This makes my job very interesting as I am continuously learning and acquiring new knowledge and growing confidence in delivering high quality projects.

Lastly but not least, I have had the opportunity to be trained to use great tools and software to maintain and establish customer relations, track projects, and explore new opportunities. I consider myself fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to learn and utilise all these tools to enhance my overall performance.
