Barend has over 20 years of experience across the engineering, fabrication and construction industry, from hands-on site management into senior project leadership roles across South Africa and New Zealand. His background blends technical design expertise with field engineering, across diverse EPCm and EPC, facility shutdowns, and large industrial construction projects.

Barend brings not only deep technical skills and operational leadership, but also a strong understanding of governance, lean systems, and cross-functional collaboration to our executive team and clients.
