Ashlee joined DIALOG Fitzroy in 2024, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assurance (HSEQ) across high-risk industries, including mining, oil and gas, and chemical manufacturing in both New Zealand and internationally.

Passionate about aligning systems and processes to reduce administrative burden and support operational excellence, Ashlee is committed to ensuring that HSEQ frameworks are not just compliant, but practical, efficient, and integrated seamlessly into everyday operations.
