Geothermal Steam Piping

As a part of our work on the Tauhara Geothermal Power Station in Taupo, we are fabricating large bore pipe spools in our New Plymouth workshops, ready for transport to site.

Potato Waste Water Clarifier

In 2020 the team at DIALOG Fitzroy in Brisbane received a phone call from a major South Australian potato farmer asking if we could fabricate and install a new waste water clarifier using free issued materials. This turned out to be an interesting and challenging project where we had to apply some “outside the box” thinking to complete it as required.

Fin Fan Exchangers

The DIALOG Fitzroy branch in Brisbane have developed specialist capability for the replacement of finned tubes in air cooled heat exchangers, and in recent times have completed retubing of 45 units for various clients in Queensland.

CSG Wellhead Skids

DIALOG Fitzroy Australia were very proud to be awarded the fabrication contract for four trial design gas processing skids to be deployed to coal seam gas production facilities in the Surat Basin in Queensland

Ammonia Gas Gathering

This project encompassed the design, material supply, installation, plant integration of a new Flare and Ammonia Emissions Management system.

Storage Terminal Expansion

In 2020 DIALOG Fitzroy were awarded an EPC contract to construct a fuel storage tank terminal expansion development at Port Botany in Sydney, Australia

Fuel Storage Terminal Feed

DIALOG Fitzroy has been commissioned to carry out a Front End Engineering Design (FEED) study for the conversion of two existing storage tanks to commercial storage of jet fuel

Gas Production Skids

In 2019 DIALOG Fitzroy were engaged by our client to perform mechanical design and detail engineering of 2 x High Pressure Knock Out vessels, 2 x Gas-Gas Heat Exchangers, 2 x Low-Temperature Separators and 1 x Low-Pressure Separator (LPS)

Fuel Gas Waste Heat Boiler

Our client engaged DIALOG Fitzroy to provide mechanical design & engineering, procure materials, fabricate, paint, insulate and install a Fuel Gas Waste Heat Boiler economiser assembly, inlet, outlet, vent and drain piping, to replace the existing economiser assembly.

Terminal Storage Tank Refurbishment

This project consisted of the refurbishment of the largest fuel storage tank in New Zealand situated at Marsden Point in Northland

Scaffolding and Encapsulation

This large scaffolding project in Wellington required DIALOG Fitzroy to supply and manage of all internal and external access solutions for the site and then work with the client on a dayworks contract to assist with the scaffolding and rigging of the piping and structural steel for the building itself.

Fuel Terminal Fire System Upgrade

As a part of the sectional replacement programme for the wharf in Bluff NZ, DIALOG Fitzroy completed an EPC project to install a DN250 fuel pipeline to the new wharf structure.

Geothermal Power Station - Taupo

DIALOG Fitzroy has signed an agreement with Japanese engineering, procurement and construction contractor Sumitomo Corporation and Fuji Electric, for the role of installation contractor for the construction of a new 168MW Tauhara Geothermal Power Station for Contact Energy , located in Taupo, NZ

Chilled Water

DIALOG Fitzroy have been contracted to fabricate, paint, install, insulate and commission new pipe racks, and pipe bridges for our client's site in Taranaki
