Leadership Development

DIALOG Fitzroy knows that good leadership is key to our success and in 2022 we kicked off our new Leadership Development program in partnership with The Breakthrough Company.

The Leadership Development program is run over a 9- or 12-month period and offers a new topic to focus on each month.  Our program uses a blended learning approach which helps ensure sustained change, and assists in developing mindfulness at work and increased awareness and ability to manage self, others, and teams better.

We provide an external programme facilitator for each monthly session and our course participants are supported by internal coaches who are available for discussion and assistance as required.

We have recently celebrated the course completion by the first groups of participants. Their course feedback was very positive, with every individual participant saying that they learnt something new that they could carry through into their daily work routines. We currently have another two groups of participants going through the programme and plan to kick off another group early this year.

DIALOG Fitzroy is passionate about developing our people and this is one way that we are able to build practical skills and awareness that can be applied every day to drive better results for our people and our customers.
